In-house Mortgages
Choose a fixed rate for an available term. At the end of the term, the loan may be extended with payments based on interest rates prevailing at that time.

Conventional Fixed Rate Mortgages
Fixed rate mortgages are available for the purchase or refinancing of a home. With a fixed rate mortgage, your interest is locked in for the term of your loan.

Home Equity Line of Credit
A HELOC is a convenient way to borrow money against the equity in your home for any purpose that you choose. Once you receive an approval you will be offered a line of credit based on the equity you have built up in your home. Use these funds for a one time purchase or ongoing expenses. Then customize your payment to meet your own personal needs. Stop in to find out what kind of equity you can unlock in your home.

Home Equity Loans
Take advantage of the equity in your home and realize the flexibility and tax advantages of a home equity loan. The loan can be used for any purpose including college expenses, automobile purchases, debt consolidation, home improvements or emergency needs. Repayment terms are flexible and the interest expense may be tax deductible.  Consult your tax advisor for information on the deductibility of interest.

Construction Loans
We can handle your new home construction from the financing of your residential lot through the construction period and into a conventional mortgage.

Student Loans

Federal Stafford Loan Program (FSL)
This loan is for eligible dependent or independent undergraduates or graduate students and is based on financial need. A master promissory note is sent or obtained from the School's Financial Aid Office. The student does not need to get an application from the bank.

Federal Unsubsidized Stafford Loan (FUSL)
The FUSL Program makes low-interest loans available to dependent or independent undergraduates or graduate students who may not have the financial need necessary for the FSL. The government does not subsidize this program, so the student is responsible for the interest on the FUSL. Like the FSL, a master promissory note is sent or obtained from the School's Financial Aid Office. The student does not need to get an application from the bank.

Federal Plus Loan
Parents of dependent undergraduates are eligible to apply for this loan. It is not based on financial need. Applications are available from the School's Financial Aid Office or can be obtained at the bank.

For completion of your Stafford Loan application, Denmark State Bank’s lender identification number is 818089.
